Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms apply to access to the vpnLi website, account creation, use of the user panel, and the cross-border access, network acceleration, and international route subscription features provided by the service. By starting to use the service, users confirm that they have read and agree to follow these terms. If they do not agree with any part of them, they should stop creating a subscription or using the relevant features.
Service Content and Scope
vpnLi provides subscription services covering 90+ countries and 200+ routes, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. The service includes account management, plan selection, subscription access, route connections, and related usage support. The available regions, route types, and client entry points are subject to the information shown in the user panel at the time.
International network conditions, target website policies, route maintenance, and regional access requirements may change. The service may adjust routes, entry points, or client support methods according to operating conditions in order to maintain overall service quality. A subscription provides network connectivity only; it does not mean that any third-party website, application, or content will remain available, nor does it constitute a commitment regarding third-party service functionality.
Accounts, Subscriptions, and Traffic Rules
Account creation requires no email address; a username and password are sufficient. Users must safeguard their account credentials and are responsible for subscriptions, connections, and other actions initiated under their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed, users should change their passwords promptly and check their account status.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated based on the remaining days. Traffic bundles remain available until used and never expire. Plans support unlimited devices online at the same time, but this rule is intended only for managing the account holder's own devices. It does not allow accounts, subscriptions, or connection credentials to be publicly shared, resold, rented, or redistributed as part of another commercial service.
Accounts must not be used for bulk account creation, automated abuse, unusual resource consumption, or any other activity that affects normal service operation. Users bear responsibility for risks caused by exposing their own credentials, importing a subscription incorrectly, or providing an account to a third party.
Compliant Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and in the location being accessed, and must independently determine whether specific uses are lawful. The service must not be used for fraud, intrusion into another person's systems, distribution of malicious programs, intellectual property infringement, harassment, unlawful data acquisition, or other illegal activities.
Users must not test, scan, or interfere with the service's servers, interfaces, authentication mechanisms, or user panel, nor attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or system resources. When a substantiated abuse report is received, the service may review the relevant account and necessary operational records, and may restrict connections or suspend service according to the risk involved.
Service Availability and Liability
Route connections may be affected by local networks, cross-border links, device configurations, target service policies, maintenance schedules, and events beyond reasonable control. Actual performance may therefore vary by region and time. vpnLi performs necessary route maintenance and troubleshooting, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service, a specific speed, a particular regional detection result, or long-term access to third-party content.
Users should save important configurations and confirm the impact of an operation before updating a client, switching routes, or changing system network settings. To the extent permitted by applicable law, indirect losses caused by changes to third-party services, local network failures, device compatibility issues, user errors, or events beyond reasonable control are outside the service's liability.
Restrictions, Suspension, and Termination
If an account violates these terms, involves unlawful use, resells subscriptions, publicly shares credentials, interferes with system operation, or materially affects other users, vpnLi may restrict relevant features, suspend connections, or terminate the account as appropriate. Parts of the service may also be temporarily restricted to address security incidents, perform route maintenance, or meet regulatory requirements.
Account termination does not affect obligations that arose before termination. After stopping use of the service, users must continue to comply with provisions concerning account credentials, subscription information, intellectual property, and limitations of liability. If account handling has a specific explainable reason, users may submit a question through the ticket entry in the user panel.
Terms Updates and Refund Guidance
vpnLi may update these terms based on service content, operating conditions, or applicable rules. The updated text will be published on this page and the last updated date will be changed accordingly. Material changes to user rights or obligations may be communicated through website notices or the user panel. Continued use of the updated service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
For refund conditions and procedures, please see the Refund Policy.
